- A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
- Final payment to be made one week before arrival date
- Please Note: Any breakages or damage may be charged for
- An excess cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the property is not left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition
- For cancellation within 30 days of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
- For cancellation within 14 days of arrival 100% of the deposit will be retained.
- Payment of deposit means acceptance of these terms
