• A deposit of the first nights fee is required to secure booking
• Final payment to be made one week before arrival date
• Please Note: Any breakages or damage may be charged for
• An excess cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the property is not left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition
• For cancellation within 1 month of arrival date a fee of 25% of deposit will be charged
• For cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival date a fee of 50% deposit will be charged
• Payment of deposit means acceptance of these terms
